Facial Massager Magic | Fixing Forehead Wrinkles

Have your checked the upper area of your face recently? If so you've probably notices some (or many) forehead wrinkles.

This part of your body is very susceptible to lines and wrinkles and they can be very unsightly.

You may not think much about your forehead but it's the mirror of your emotions. Witness it tense as you get angry or puck up when you're puzzled. It may be fascinating to watch but this hyperactivity makes encourages lines and wrinkles to form.

The first thing to notice is that these wrinkles come in two types. The most widespread are the lines that run across your forehead.

The other main type is the vertical etchings between your eyebrows. These are known as 'frown lines' for good reason. Other than being unsightly, both these types can give you a sullen or angry look which is very unattractive.

So how do you deal with wrinkles on your forehead?

As usual, anything that's good for your overall health will work on lines on your forehead, too. So make sure your drink plenty of water, get enough sleep and eat well - lots of natural foods and low fats.

The sun is your skin's enemy so stay out of the sun or use a hat or sunscreen. And it should go without saying that you shouldn't smoke.

Once your system is in tip top condition, you can start to work directly on the offending area.

If you have a favorite anti-wrinkle cream, you can begin to apply it rigorously to your forehead.

Another option is using chemical peels to slough off the top layers of your skin and leave the fresh, new skin underneath. You really need professional advice before using these types of peels.

Now we turn to more natural methods of treatment. The first is facial exercises. These are simple routines that work to tone up the various muscles of your face including your forehead.

These face exercises can help to prevent the sagging of your face that comes to us all with age. They're easy to do and take just few minutes a day in the privacy of your home. (or even in your car while waiting for the lights to change).

An alternative or supplement to facial exercise is using a facial massager. Using a facial massager tones, lifts and firms the muscles of your face and boosts circulation of oxygen through the tissues. The result is glowing skin suffused with life and color.

As with exercises, you can give yourself a face massage routine at home anytime you want.

If you're really troubled by lines on your forehead you may want to look into a procedure such as a forehead lift or botox injections. Rather you than me.

With so many natural options available, there's no way I'm going to pay through the nose to have knives or needles cutting into my flesh.

Try some of the remedies above first. The right creams, exercises and massage routines can go a long way towards smoothing out those unsightly forehead wrinkles. And they do it safely, naturally and inexpensively.
